Can I cancel my order?
- Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel your order. Once your order is processed we are unable to cancel it. You will need to reject the package from the postal service to avoid any fees.
Can I change my order?
- Yes. Contact us within 24 hours if you would like to change any part of your order. Once your order has been processed or shipped we can no longer change it. You can reorder a product or send back the product you no longer want for a refund or exchange.
How long does it take to receive my order?
- It takes at least 1-3 business days to process the order and depending on what shipping rate you choose, then it is an additional days:
*First Class - 3-6 days
*Priority Shipping - 2-3 days
- Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information. If you do not receive an email within 7 days please contact us.
What if I receive a defective contact?
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product. Please enclose pictures and details of the defective contact, we will then send out a replacement as soon as possible.
What is your Return Policy?
- If you no longer would like your contacts you can return them for a refund or exchange (Minus shipping) within 15 days after you have received the package. If returned back to us the product(s) must be in original packaging. If they are opened or seal is broken we would NOT be able to accept them back due to hygienic reasons.
